Captain Glenn is credited with positioning Memphis as a Center of Excellence for OBAP, through which aviation programming is accessible and affordable for youth at every age level.
Through the Memphis ACE Academy, sUAS Academy, Solo Flight Academy, Girls to Women and Boys to Men workshops, a partnership with the National Flight Academy, the establishment of Wooddale High School's aviation program and East High School's T-STEM Academy, thousands of youth have been guided over the past 26 years under Captain Glenn's leadership.
