A recently retired 777 pilot, Captain Glenn began his illustrious career with Memphis-based FedEx in 1974 and is qualified to pilot B777, MD11, DC10 and B727 aircrafts. He is credited with leading the establishment of positioning Memphis as a Center of Excellence for the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP), where aviation programming is accessible and affordable for youth at every age level through strengthened community and corporate partnerships.

Captain Glenn led the establishment of the Lieutenant Colonel Luke Weathers Flight Academy just minutes from Memphis to train aspiring aviators of color and increase diversity in the industry by 50 pilots per year.

His infectious passion for transforming lives through aviation has spreads spread to countless mentees and family members. The proud father of three sons, an MD11Captain and Instructor at FedEx, an event planner, and his youngest is a Director of Flight Operations and the first African American to compete on USA's F3A World Team flying UAVs.
